Riley joined Clanton and Associates in August of 2017 after graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder with an Architectural Engineering degree in May 2017. He did not want to leave Boulder and was eager to work with the Clanton team. He has experience writing street lighting masterplans, studying lighting conditions in office spaces and warehouses and designing street and pedestrian lighting. Riley also researches the effects of artificial lighting on the human circadian rhythm to implement lighting that improves the health and well-being of employees in various working environments. He is proficient in AGi32, AutoCAD and Excel.

Riley holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering/ Illumination from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES).
