Longtime home of the National Western Stock Show, the National Western Center Stockyards is the premiere event space in Denver, Colorado.
Centered on a 250 acre campus, the center can serve a variety of functions and events. The interior auction arena’s lighting design includes a color changing, broadcast-quality lighting system controlled by a user-friendly touch interface. State of the art electrical hookups are switched so that each traveling event can draw an appropriate amount of power separate from the building’s general electrical system.
The surrounding grounds include an outdoor beer garden with festoon lighting and low brightness area lighting. During the stock show, the grounds are converted into cattle and bison pens and equipped with electrical hookups at each pen through an underground vault system.
All new buildings at the National Western Center will meet a LEED Gold or higher rating.
