Located in the RiNo (River North) district of Denver, the Catalyst Digital Health Collaborative is a new 305,000 square foot mixed use development including ground floor retail, restaurant, and event spaces, upper floor TI offices, and a multi-story parking garage. The project was designed and constructed in accordance with sustainable and WELL Building practices. The building intends to bring together private enterprises, government, academic, and non-profit organizations to accelerate innovation in digital health.
Clanton & Associates collaborated with the design team on the lighting of the main lobbies, atrium, and exterior façade and entries. Linear lines of light along the ceilings and vertical walls blend with the minimal architectural aesthetic of the building’s interior and exterior aesthetic, performance areas, and monument lighting.
Clanton & Associates has developed street and pedestrian lighting master plans, lighting criteria, tours, pilot demonstrations, surveys, lighting measurements, and lighting research projects. Our extensive experience in creating street lighting master plans and guidelines for cities, assists our clients in making informed decisions regarding street lighting design to plan for the future of smart cities.
